At MAKE Beauty, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we accept returns of gently used or unopened products within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, we will provide a prepaid shipping label via email; simply print it out and attach it to your return package.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box or a similar sturdy container to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund has been processed by our team.
